Easily and securely access your Prepaid Expense Card or DirectCheck card account anytime, anywhere all from your phone. The Prepaid by Commerce Bank app is free to download and makes it easy for you to manage your Prepaid Expense Card and DirectCheck cards on the go!
Once you have created a new username and secure passcode for logging on, you will have access to:
• View balances and transaction history
• Set up transaction alerts via email, text or push notifications
• Submit travel plans
• Find ATM locations
• Easily push card information to Apple Pay
• Turn card on/off with Card Controls (DirectCheck only)
• Set dollar limits for purchases (DirectCheck only)

Please fix!
Haven’t been able to log in for over a week. Can’t check my balance on the go without a small few dollar purchase. Please fix as I do go out on the go often and I need to be able to check by balance. 2 stars until fixed
Can NEVER log in
This app is beyond frustrating. I can never log in and haven’t been able to for a year. Whenever I click “forgot my password”, it says it has sent me an email, yet I doesn’t send me anything. I have tried this probably 50 times, and I know my correct email because they send me emails!
I have called customer service to try and solve this, but they haven't helped. It’s so frustrating, and I know my friends have also had similar issues.
Login Issues
I have not been able to log into my account through this app. This doesn’t only go for me but multiple users have complained about this not working. Fix asap please.
