The sensitivity on an iPad is too much. When scrolling on a page the finger has to track perfectly vertical. A minor, virtually imperceptible, movement left or right flips the page, which takes more than a few seconds to load so the user must wait before returning to the previous page... requiring more time waiting for it to load.Two years later... still waiting. Please fix your bugs.

This new app is horrible. It doesn’t keep you logged in. When scrolling through a page, all the content on the left side of the screen that is supposed to be what your reading on the right isn’t shown. You can’t click on individual obituaries, pictures or articles with any consistency. There are far too many additional frustrations to list. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the previous edition. Please bring it back! I use an iPad so my issues may be different from those using an actual computer or laptop. I really dislike this new app.

This app is BY FAR the worse app I’ve ever downloaded. It is not user friendly and obviously by all the bad reviews the owners of this paper does not care. Just opening their app is so frustrating. Why must you tap 3 or 4 different buttons just to view the front page?? This isn’t rocket science. One teenager with limited IT knowledge could probably correct this issue in a couple of hours. Like one of the other reviewers, I too would rate it a zero if that were an option.

Just the difficulty to read the online addition is crazy. Before you went in and it was right there no waiting no pausing now with every page turn you have to wait and forget even downloading the edition. It’s very frustrating and not user friendly. Bring back the old version or at least some form of it.
