Description
Beaumont 311 is an easy way for you to report non-emergency issues such as water leaks, potholes, high weeds and more to the City of Beaumont. The app uses GPS to identify your location and provides a list of commonly request services to choose from. The app allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your request. Reports are automatically sent to the City’s 311 system and routed to the appropriate city department for resolution. Residents can track the status of reports they or other members of the community have submitted and learn when they have been resolved.

Love the app!
Great app that always works when I need to submit issues! Also, the city is usually quick to respond and the map is an awesome way to see where things are getting fixed. I wish more cities were using a system like this!

I really like being able to send a message directly to the right place!
Although I haven't gotten a chance to use this app yet, it's a replacement for GoPro. PLEASE update the app periodically! As operating systems are updated, apps need to be updated too or the apps won't work.
