Beaumont 311 is an easy way for you to report non-emergency issues such as water leaks, potholes, high weeds and more to the City of Beaumont. The app uses GPS to identify your location and provides a list of commonly request services to choose from. The app allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your request. Reports are automatically sent to the City’s 311 system and routed to the appropriate city department for resolution. Residents can track the status of reports they or other members of the community have submitted and learn when they have been resolved.
