Based on the app description itself and word-of-mouth, this seems like a very nice and useful app... however, considering the critical nature of your service (i.e. customers are trusting their money with you), you must understand that customers are looking into even the most tiniest subtlest details and cues in order to build perceptions of credibility and assurance regarding the service before the actual “moment of truth”. Spelling mistakes and design inconsistencies in the preview images should be corrected to help customers build those positive perceptions of “trustworthiness” before they put their money into the service.

The app is slow and not well designed. But I am happy that they are trying to bring something this important to Pakistan. I have used Paypal and I expected SIMSIM to be something like that but at this stage, it is way behind.
