This mobile application provides members of the UCLA community with a quick and easy way to submit service requests and trouble tickets to UCLA Facilities Management.
Users can easily specify the type of service request, the campus location, and any other relevant details. The info is submitted as a new ticket to Facilities Management for further review and processing.
After submitting the request, users can follow the ticket status as it progresses to from Pending to Approved, In-Progress, and eventual resolution. Users can also track requests made by others in the UCLA community.
Additional features include the ability to add notes, take photos, and attach relevant documentation.
