Minor update + bug fixes

This update includes new roast recipes, reflecting our current range of green coffees, with roast recipes for both espresso and filter. We've improved the editing functionality for roast recipes; it's easier to make more precise changes. Following user feedback, we've added the option set roast timer to count forwards, in addition to count down. There are also a few minor bug fixes and performance improvements.

**Big Update** Improvements to this version of the app include improved User Account, cloud based back-up for your roast recipes across devices, new roast recipes including both espresso and filter roasts for Brazilian, Ethiopian and Kenyan coffees, refreshed design with better interface and many other features such as addition of Search function and roast time countdown.
