Floræ - Linnaeus' flower clock

Reference

Free

In 01751, Carl Linnaeus proposed a Horologium Florae, "Flower Clock". The clock would be made-up of different flowers which naturally bloom at each hour. Whether practical, or even possible, he never managed to plant such a clock garden. As an app it is much easier to recreate a digital Horologium Florae of our own. This simple app displays an illustration and the name of the flower. Changing each hour, there are 24 different flowers, which naturally bloom around that time of day.
