The premise of the application is great and it does work very well connecting travelers to buyers. The communication is easy and the process is smooth, I have completed more than 4 trips to deliver items. HOWEVER this most recent trip I have completed weeks ago and the company has still not paid me. I have submitted several support requests with no response. I will never use this application again if this continues, this delay and lack of payment is *fraudulent*

Furthermore, the absence of customer service through chat or a fast communication method is a major drawback, as responses to emails typically take up to 24 hours. Even then, the support provided is often unhelpful and fails to offer meaningful assistance. Additionally, users must proactively request a deposit for the traveller’s reward, as it is not issued automatically. The app also suffers from frequent crashes and notification issues. Given these factors, along with the emergence of new competitors like “Hykerz,” which offer greater flexibility and more responsive customer service, it is likely that this app may struggle to retain its user base unless significant improvements are made.

I have used this app before and it was amazing from start to end. This recent trip was just horrible. It’s been over 2 month and still not paid, first they waited till I emailed them asking for my payment to say I need an Egyptian bank account cuz portion of the money need to be in Egyptian pound which is none since if I’m not Egyptian and don’t have an account that’s it u don’t get paid. I found someone I trust that I can use their account and still nothing. I emailed them several times asking why isn’t at least the portion that’s going to my American account processed, no answer. I emailed again requesting information still no response. So my next step is reporting the company for fraudulent so no one else go through this scam.

Hello,When notifications are turned on, they never stay on and never send notifications when new deal is requested or a new match is found. As soon as I leave settings or leave the app altogether, notifications turn themselves off again. Please advise!
