Added a website and try to go there did not talk at all. I tried to copy and paste the website directly to the app to make sure there were no errors still did not block

We're sorry — that is a frustrating experience, and you were right to expect better. The cause was almost always the same: the blocker has to be switched on inside Safari's settings, and the old app let you skip that step without warning you. The latest version checks it for you and refuses to say "you're all set" until Safari is really using The Blocker, and a Test it button shows blocking working in front of you. If you give it another try, we think you'll see the difference.

Literally unable to browse a site with that pop up giftssurprises net spin wheel crap. iOS doesn’t block it at all. Installed this. Straight forward directions. Turned on in content blocker of safari and viola. Page couldn’t open and hijack browsing. Excellent!! Just added that spy facebook net too. Wtg!! Thank you. Easy. Effective. Long overdue. <3

We're sorry it let you down on that iPad. Older devices could not run the Safari blocking the app depends on, and we should have made that clearer at the time. The app has been rebuilt since and now runs on iOS 17.2 and later, with setup that confirms Safari is really blocking and a Test it button that shows it working. On a newer iPad we would be glad to have you back.
