APP CRASH

Honestly, this APP CRASHING issue has existed ever since they introduced the “Biometric Verification” feature in the app version (3.25.0). It’s been crashing on/off during the version updates from (3.25.0) and above. But it was resolved for a while in version (3.25.3) and now with the latest update which was released just like an hour or so ago with the version (3.26.0). It has started crashing again. I wonder what your development team is doing. I mean are they just not aware of these problems? And then when the issue does get resolved. It’s after months. Pls do something about this as this is ridiculous that you guys would take so much time to release an update and that too with so many issues. It’s clearly not acceptable. iOS version : 16.7.7 (latest)iPhone model : XUBL DIGITAL APP VERSION : 3.26.0

Worst mobile banking application ever.

This is the worst mobile banking application ever. Ubl customer services have gone down the drain, the application keeps crashing, it asks you to reset password and gives the forget password error every time you log in. No matter how many times you reset it still won’t work. When you call on the customer services number they brush you off and tell you to email the concern and then when you email, they ask you to call on the number for their concern. It would be absolutely safe to say that this application is not safe to be used on your phone, since it crashes so much and forgets details, it can easily be hacked and the data can be misused. Please do not develop applications when you can clearly not handle or manage it. And improve your pathetic customer service. The phone operators are of ZERO HELP! This useless application does not even deserve ONE STAR, but I don’t have any other choice. Stay safe guys and refrain from using this application.

Good but one problem

It is a fantastic app. I can pay utility bills, transfer money to local bank accounts, etc. But there is one problem. In doing certain tasks such as adding a new payee, there is no option to enter the OTP manually. The app wants to automatically read the OTP directly from your SMS. This is impossible to do if my I am using the app on a different device such as tablet and my SIM is on another device. This is also impossible if I am outside the country and don’t have mobile network. There are various solutions to this such as authenticator apps like Authy which only requires a WiFi connection, or an option to receive your OTP via your registered email address.
