Wish there was a way to report potholes, litter, and damaged street signs? Wish it was as easy as picking up your mobile device and taking a picture? There’s an app for that. The City of Monroe’s new mobile app allows you to report such issues. This app uses GPS to identify your location and gives you a list of quality-of-life conditions to select for reporting. The app also allows you to take a photo and upload it with your service request. After a request is submitted, our city staff will get the issue resolved as soon as possible. The progress of each service request can be tracked in-app so you’ll even know when the problem has been fixed. This app brought to you by the City of Monroe and powered by HiperWeb.
