This app is so helpful…When it works. Sadly, this is a rare occurrence. I’ve been through multiple emails with them and they are very prompt in responding, which is great. Unfortunately the resolution is slow and never holds. I check the app maybe 3 times a week and I’d say 75% of the time it either leaves me spinning or just straight up crashes when I try to login. Usually I’ll be in the middle of looking at things and it’s going great and then all of a sudden it winds up spinning and kicking me out mid use. Infuriating. If it would just hold it would be great.

As a parent of a competitive swimmer, I cannot recommend Swimmetry enough! I can see detailed breakdowns of my child’s swim strokes and she can identify areas where she needs to improve. The app’s user friendly interface makes it easy to use, and the comprehensive analysis provided has given us insight into my child’s swimming performance that we never had before. The ability to set goals and track progress towards them has also been extremely helpful in keeping my child focused and motivated. Overall, Swimmetry has been a game changer for my child’s swimming journey, and I highly recommend it to any parent with a child who is passionate about swimming. The app’s design and functionality are both top notch, making it a pleasure to use. Thank you, Swimmetry, for helping my child achieve their swim goals!

The concept behind this App is great and fresh minded. Kudos on the ideology and positive perspective of its content. Unfortunately, I toggle during meets between Meet Mobile and this app while watching a meet and this App always shuts down on me. When I use it when Meets are over it works better. Makes me think they don’t have enough Markers on the hardware when at high capacity and they are in need of getting gear that can handle the load. If they charge for an App, they to make sure the product is functional. Maybe they can spend some of this money and update or increase capacities. Only a one star. I can get stats off my swim teams website. Update. Still junk! Tried removing it and reloading it. Only once in six weeks I was lucky enough to see updated info. All other attempts trying to see information was a waste of my time opening it. No data would populate. I wasted my money on this. Canceling it.

I’ve loved the Swimmetry app for the last few years. It’s got all the data I could possibly need for my swimmer including current times and cuts, USA swimming motivational times, meet standards, etc. Progression data is graphed, you can create a favorites list, and compare swimmers. It’s great for knowing where your swimmer is, and setting next step goals. Beyond that, I was having an issue with the app and reached out through the feedback link. I never expected a response but John emailed back and forth with me several times, and had an update submitted to the App Store in less than 24 hours- in time for upcoming Age Group Champs this weekend. Amazing customer service to go along with an already amazing app!
