Single player word game like no other! With Words Without Friends, you build branching words while collecting Gift Cards, Stars and most importantly Targets. Complete objectives to win free Cards that will help you complete Hundreds of Levels. - Hundreds of challenging Levels - Many board configurations - 4 types of Cards (assists) to win and collect - Employ your strategic genius If you enjoy word board games, then give this one a try. Completing a level requires you to simply collect Targets. The not-so-simple part is that each Target has a letter which must be used in a word. You will need to use all your word skills as you strategically place letters. Placing a letter in a bad spot just might make it impossible to complete the level.

Great challenge, but......

I love this game as it challenges my mind. I use it daily as a mental exercise. However, I do have one problem. When I reach the ‘use 75 letters’ level on earning free cards it doesn’t count my letters, so I can no longer earn free cards. Also it says that you can repeatedly use the five stars and five targets options for earning cards but I see no way to access that option. Please help!

Hi Pgrace1, I will look into the issue you are having with the 74 letter challenge. As for the five stars and five targets, I'm not sure what you mean. Can you please send more details to support@arutilities.com ?Update: I have tracked down the issue with the Letter Objective and the fix will be in v2.4 which should be released in a couple days.

I love this game as it challenges my mind. I use it daily as a mental exercise. However, I do have one problem. Really love the latest update. Great stuff but suddenly I’m having issues. At first, it stopped allowing me to press “next” after beating a level. The next button grayed out and so, I would go back to home and just pick the next level. Now, I just progressed to level 121 and it just crashes every time I attempt to open it. It does still let me open and play level 120 but not 121, so I’m stuck :(

Really love the latest update. Great stuff but suddenly I’m having issues. At first, it stopped allowing me to press “next” after beating a level. Stuck on level 5 for too long. Your letter placements (especially the Q and X) make it too difficult to get them. I don't pay for apps before I've reached the halfway point and I never cheat by looking up word combinations (what's the point of downloading an app if you're just going to pay or cheat your way through the whole thing?). So, since I've tried and tried every combination I can think of in futility, I'm uninstalling this before it becomes infuriating. You get 2 stars for creating a word game that doesn't require swiping or stacking. The other 3... see above.

I'm sorry to hear of your frustration as some levels are more difficult than others. There is no purchase required for this game. You can earn card assists by completing challenges, and each of the first 100 levels has 5 free cards to use within the level. Have you tried to remove those difficult Target letters with the Target Card assist? Perhaps you might try Word Savvy, it's very similar, except the target tiles are not letters.

I can hardly ever finish a level in one sitting. But I’ve noticed often if I leave the app and come back It resets my progress on the current level. This seems to be correlated with using my safari app...even when I am not visiting Safari for the purpose of finding scrabble worthy words....🧐🤪

Your first sentence has made me realize that I should have included a Save option. I'm sorry it didn't occur to me before this. I will add it in the next update, which is the works. As for using your browser to find suitable words, there's nothing wrong with expanding your vocabulary. EDIT - 1.7 will now save your level progress between sessions.
