Through the HEALTHConnect mobile app, you have real-time, easy access to your latest health care information and the services needed to plan, understand and engage in your care. After you create your online HEALTHConnect account, simply sign into the mobile app with your username and password. You can also set up Touch or Face ID to avoid typing your username and password again.
