Solved the issue of incorrect credit check of shipment request for delivery from the external warehouse

APP external warehouse function Customers can open the delivery plan DO on the APP, and provide information such as planned quantity/contract number. Customers can maintain a list of pickup vehicles on the APP, and provide information such as driver name/mobile phone number/ID number/delivery note.
