Everyone knows the problem:
How do I choose the teams for the final game today? Dividing participants into different groups is essential. And this is where the real problem arises: if two selected players choose the teams, it can be psychologically challenging for the weaker players. They are often picked last, labeled as "particularly weak," and feel exposed. The same teams tend to form repeatedly – the strongest players against the weakest. This can result in the loss of many positive aspects, such as enjoyment of the game, fairness, and group cohesion.
What can you do in this situation?
It’s simple: use the Team Builder App to ensure the teams are shuffled regularly. The best way to achieve this is by letting the app’s random generator decide the composition of the teams.
The advantage of this method: when teams are randomly assigned, no one can be upset or feel disadvantaged afterward.
In the Free Version, only one group is allowed. For multiple groups and additional background color options, upgrade to the Pro Version.
