Tired of the interruption while playing the game

Y’all really need to fix the network issues. I’m tired of making purchases and using my fuel and the game goes off saying no internet connection when I have great internet. Either refund me my money or fix the issues. I will not make another purchase until you do.

Rough start, much improved, still need MORE airlines!

I started this came when it first came out. I like Chef Fever and they are similar, except the very tight galley of the plane can be challenging. I finished the two airlines it started with and then there was nothing else. I later decided to check it out later and, wow! We have airlines from all over the world (but still need more!). The game pretty much requires money to move through the levels (50 each airline). Upgrades are the only way to go. *Spoiler- I did not know you could upgrade the seats on your plane! They give you a money boost and additional time to allow you to serve other passengers. Souvenirs have literally gotten me from a two star to a three. Buy the souvenirs on the right, they give you more bucks and smiles.
The game does give you some random chances to score a few bucks here and there, and if you’ve really competitive, there are little, quick and live challenges that last about 6 levels, and some other things, but the two-day tournaments can literally have me playing for hours, for very little money. A couple of ways to get deals on gems and fuel. About once a week, there’s a piggy bank that you can break at three levels to earn more each level. Also, sometimes they will have fuel on sale unlimited for 1 to 4 hours.
Developers aren’t great when you ask for assistance, so good luck if you need it.

Freezing and taking credits

I have been playing this game for at least a couple of weeks. I’ve made several purchases, in which I rarely ever do with games. I really liked the game. That is until it started freezing in the middle of a game, causing me to lose and those credits going to waste. When I first reached out, I was told I needed a screen recording of the issue. So from that point on, when it would freeze, I would screen record, keep in mind, still taking my credits, resulting in losing the round. Reached out to the gaming reps and provided the shorter videos because Google kept rejecting the longer ones. However, the shorter videos were more than enough to show them what I was experiencing. I thought. Still no resolution, just continued run around. The request for screen recordings was just another form of giving customers the run around so it appears they are trying to resolve it the issue. Still no response to my lost credits. One rep told me to delete and redownload. I’ve tried that, my phone has plenty of memory and I have the latest version of iOS. None of their generic responses has been my issue.
