So it’s been awhile since I’ve sent someone a note. My print screen shows an incomplete note. Also, when I type the screen does not automatically scroll down to the next line. After the latest update, it now scrolls down but it shows only the top of the cursor so I still can’t see what I’m typing. When adding images it messes up the note really bad. I’d like to request a few features, IFTTT functionality and to bring back the Memobird game. These two features made the Memobird so awesome to use. Also, an email assigned to the Memobird would be great to easily send notes from an email account.Update: now when I try to make larger images, it glitches. The image shakes rapidly when I try to move it around the note.

Device and App do not work- poor customer service

I have been back and forth with customer service since the beginning of March bc the app will not work with my device. They have not been able to fix the problem and now my device, doesn’t print. They said it was unusual and to submit a request for return/refund. They still have not responded or given me instructions on how to return this $80 device. I will be submitting a chargeback with my credit card. DO NOT BUY!! Company is a fraud. I only wish I reviewed these reviews before purchasing.

UPDATE: Recent update now allows friend requesting and device binding. It’s been so long since it worked 😩, thank you! 😀Will not bind with newest iOS version. Please help! Unable to use Memobird ☹️
