The Spektrum Dashboard mobile application allows drivers to view everything from speed, motor or engine temperature, battery voltage and more. And now with Spektrum Smart Technology integration, it is easier than ever before to get valuable telemetry data, right at your fingertips, with no additional wires or sensors. Installation tip: Upon initial pairing with the installed Spektrum Bluetooth module, the application will update the transmitter firmware which enables the transmitter to receive telemetry data from the onboard telemetry receiver or telemetry module. Please do not close the application or power off the transmitter during the update process. The Dashboard application will not function until the transmitter is updated. Note: To fully utilize the Spektrum Dashboard application, you must own the following items: - A DX3 Smart Transmitter - A Bluetooth Module (SPMBT2000 – BT2000 DX3 Bluetooth Module) - Smart Capable Receiver with Spektrum Smart Firma ESC and Spektrum Smart Battery - OR a Spektrum DSMR telemetry equipped receiver - We also recommend using a phone mount for your DX3 Smart (SPM9070)

Lifetime RC enthusiast, 20 years electronics repair, and works in IT. I say that because, while I read other reviews, sometimes you wonder if it is experience. So I gambled the $30 for the module.This is in fact useless. Read on if you care to know why. At first, it paired and looked great! So I tossed the module package and put it aside until I could drive next. Powered everything up a week later, FW for Bluetooth hung at 0% no matter what I did. Can’t avoid it either. Finally a phone restart got the update to go past 0% and actually complete.BUT! On completion, the update tells you to forget the BT2000 and restart the app. Problem is, YOU CAN’T forget the module! The app won’t let you forget it. “Disconnect” greyed out. Held finger, swiped finger, nothing! The phone will forget the BT2000 in the Bluetooth settings, but not the app, so I am forced to re-run the update I just did over and over. I deleted and reinstall the app, still forced to do the same update over and over. No way to stop it. Yes, I restarted my phone again. Pulled the batteries and module from the transmitter. Nothing gets you out of the loop.This in-fact, useless.

App is pretty embarrassing. Doesn’t fit the phone screen correctly. Doesn’t update the module firmware. Doesn’t display the data it’s supposed to from the RC. Really disappointing this level of app development exists in 2024. If you’re reading this and thinking of adding a Bluetooth module to your transmitter don’t. Save yourself the disappointment and money and avoid this app. At least until they do some real updating.

Spektrum is fully aware that this software and the related Bluetooth module are not working for most of the users. It is confirmed to be a firmware issue that Spektrum is fully aware of yet they do not take the module and software off the market. This is an absolute shamble and I couldn’t be more disappointed with Spektrum after years of supporting them. But no more, I’m done with Spektrum.

The app crashes over and over again even though it’s been re-downloaded and the first Bluetooth module I got didn’t work I know it was the module because my nephew bought one at the same time and his module worked in my controller and my module didn’t work in either controller

All changes are relative to version 10.0. • Removed the “Displayed?” property from the telemetry settings. • Removed the social media integration, as it has been deprecated for some time. • Corrected the Aux Point screen’s position slider range. • Corrected the background color of the Aux Point screen. • Corrected the background color of unused Bluetooth Devices screen lines. • Made the controls in the Telemetry Setup screen easier to use. • Corrected Imperial and Metric unit labels when the setting changed. • Fixed long-tapping gauges on the expanded SMART panel view so the application would go to the correct screen. • Fixed an issue where the Status screen would disappear after a BLE connection. • Added a way to close the keyboard after entering text without closing the current screen. • Removed the Model Setup screen.
