The new pioneering COSMOTE UFixit service, allows our specialized agent at 13888 to use the camera of your iOS device to see exactly what you are seeing. Show them the issue in a live support session and let them guide you step-by-step for resolution.
For you that you need help immediately for issues related to Fixed or Mobile services equipment (i.e. router, COSMOTE TV set top box, smart home, COSMOTE TELEIO SIMA device etc.) call at 13888 and the technical support agent gives you a six digit pin code to fill in the application in order for the interactive, remote support to start. With your permission, agents have the ability to see what you choose to show them using the camera on your smartphone or tablet and you can terminate the live streaming whenever you want.
How to use:
1) Install the application
2) Accept terms & conditions
3) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by the support agent
4) Point the camera at the issue
