Service Logistics Plus is a part of the Service 360 product suite offered by DIS. Service Logistics Plus allows service technicians in the shop, or in the field to view work orders assigned to them, record labor, add notes, add parts and take pictures.

This app wastes more of my time than my techs do working on a unit. We have to wait 5-10 minutes for it to sync with the mother system and sometimes it doesn’t even sync. There have been times that the work order disappears from the iPad like they never clocked in to the ticket. The write ups disappear constantly. It messes the times up and it has to be manually entered. This app doesn’t like weekends either. On the weekend, I can send myself a job and it won’t show up on my iPad until Monday. When you reach out to support, they ALWAYS tell you that it’s user error no matter the issue is. Overall, I would not recommend this app or waste my time trying to get support to fix the issue.

Every other work order created stays pending forever which leaves gaps on your time sheet. So you report the bug and reach out for assistance. Customer service has about a 50/50 shot of getting back to you and when they do reach out their “solutions” never fix the problem. Every “update” makes the app worse with new problems each time. Be prepared to delete and reinstall this app frequently. I would never recommend this app for companies trying to be successful. Look elsewhere.
