SVGViewer can be used to open SVG graphics files, display image preview and convert opened them into other file formats as .jpg, .tiff, .png, pdf. SVGViewer supports all types of SVG files and can convert them to other graphic formats. The app description says it converts to PDF and other formats. It does not. Do not download this app unless you want to view an SVG against a dark background. Use QuickLook (spacebar in the Finder) if you just want a convenient way to preview an SVG file. This app description should be re-written, or the app removed from the store. It duplicates an existing Mac OS function.

Great little svg viewer

Version 1.5 is a very nice lightweight view for SVG files. Being able to change the background color is great and something that Quck Look doesn't do. I set this as the default SVG app and it works wonderfuilly and has saved me A LOT of time when dealing with many SVG icons. That said I haven't tried any of the other features because I simply don't need them. I just wanted a lightweight viewer for SVG file and thats what this is.

It exports to PDF, SVG, TIFF, PNG, and JPEG. The PNG export has a transparent background where appropriate. The listing mentions in-app purchases but I can't see anything that requires an extra purchase.

white images are invisible

This app uses a white background. Images drawn in white only (common for icons in apps) are effectively invisible. This app should let users choose a background color or detect white-only images and auto-change the background color.
