Innovative & Streamlined Construction Documentation

Wish we could use this program to administer more projects. Love the ability to incorporate picture documentation in a way that’s effective, manageable, and valuable. Not to mention, viewable and shared in real-time. The process and function of the program is incredibly easy to use and makes field documentation an efficient, yet incredibly detailed without extra steps.The Headlight team is amazing to work with and very willing to work with their clients to develop a platform that meets their needs. Quickly, I might add. Hope to continue working with Headlight and being able integrate their program in more projects. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a highly-detailed and efficient method of providing construction administration services with real-time documentation.

When it works, it’s great. When it doesn’t you lose everything that hasn’t been synced. Oh and the sync button rarely works.

Not worth the hassle

When it works properly it’s great. Unfortunately my experience with this app over the last year has been less than ideal. My experience is that the apps only works properly maybe 10-15% of the time I’ve spent with it. It can take an hour just to sync a single sentence, that’s assuming it synchs properly at all. Same issue with submitting reports, it can take an hour just to submit a single report, again that’s when it works. I would not recommend this, there is way too many issues that never seem to get fixed. Using this in the field it needs to work as most of us don’t have time to troubleshoot issues while trying to maintain multiple projects with a system that functions so poorly.

Every man’s worker
I had hopes that updates would fix the lagging pdf issues, the horrible moving screen interface, the forced shutdowns or the extra sync issue copies but it hasn’t. Garbage.
