This Lite Version of Slow Motion Clipper allows you to make MOV, MP4, M4V and .3GP files slow motion. This version limits you to 60 seconds of video and each export is watermarked. You must purchase the full version to remove video length restriction and the video watermark. The full version also has in-app purchases that allows you to reverse video and loop video. This app has three options for your video files: 1) Make a full video slower. 2) Clip a section of video that you want to make slower and save just that clip. For example, if you have a 5 minute video you can change the speed on a 1 minute portion of the video and export that 1 minute portion by itself. 3) Make portions of a video different speeds then export the full video. For example, if you have a 3 minute video you could have the first minute run at original speed, the second minute run 2 times slower and the third minute run 4 times slower.
