• Automatically invite candidates for testing – As a recruiter or hiring manager, you simply input the email addresses of applicants you want to test and the app does the rest, automatically sending out invites.
• Psychometric testing – Candidates install the app on their own device and answer a series of multiple choice questions to generate an assessment profile.

Accurate?
When most take personality quizzes or tests, they say, “PPFT, that’s not me! I’m not that type of person at all!” This app doesn’t only give you a graph of what your strengths and weaknesses are, but it also explains why. It’s a 10-15 minute test that is worth the time and effort. My results matched me perfectly. You might not notice your personality type at first, but when you take this test, you see the deeper meaning behind your actions.
So far, seems okay!
Haven’t spent too much time on this app yet and I’ll come back to my review and rating of it whenever I’ve spent more time on it and feel things out a little more... for now I’m giving it 3 stars. I liked the questions that were asked of me, but did not like how you had to put thumbs down because a lot of questions I found myself being all 3 and still having to put a “thumbs down” to one of them to get to the next question which ended up making my end results messed up because it was saying I lacked in areas that I don’t think I lack in, I just had to choose answers that I felt were more related to me personally OVER the ones I had no choice but to “thumbs down”. I wish there would have been something that could make it easier to rate each answer or something. But other than that my results seem to be pretty accurate and I’m going to be inviting friends next. Will update soon!

I have taken I believe almost every single personality psychological personality relational test out there this one by far has been the most accurate download it it’s free what’s it gonna hurt? To the developers awesome job thank you for putting this test out there
