Low Carb Meal Plan: our diet plans are based on your body (height, weight, age, gender etc.) and personal preferences to offer you the easiest weight loss. We calculate your BMI, all about your calories (how much to eat etc.), all about your macros (how many carbs, protein & fat) and suggest you meals that match your preferences. You can replace every meal or recipe in your meal plan with other low carb recipes from our database and the meal plan tells you if you are still within your calorie & macro limits.

You can cancel the subscription anytime until 24 hours before the end of the period of the membership, otherwise the subscription will be automatically renew for the same price. When you cancel the PRO membership, access to the PRO features will not expire immediately, you will have access until the end of the membership.

With the integration of Apple Health we do not add data into your Apple Health account but only ask for access to your calories. We will not share the data but use them to suggest you meals and to calculate your weight loss. But you don't have to use Apple Health, we can calculate your calories on our own but Apple Health is more accurate. It will make no difference for the app.
