Minor fixes to the app, including support for multi-site virtual auctions, better clarity of virtual cars, fixes to scrolling behaviour when viewing vehicles in the catalogue, better LIVE connectivity, and better pull-down refresh behaviour in the catalogue.

An upcoming features tab and some tweaking underneath the hood to make the app run better, especially on iPhone X!
