works Amazing!!

The first day u wasn't so sure that this was going to work because other workout havent worked for me, the first day I definitely felt the burn, the second day I definitely saw a small difference, but the third day I stepped on the scale and I dropped 4 ponds already!

I was so had and I started seeing muscle and my thighs have gone down and the workouts are getting easier for me, and others people started to notice on the 5th day!!

All I have to say is Wow and don't take my weight lose as a complete example because everyones body is different, and everyone is beautiful just the way they are I think weight loss is for u to divide if u want self goals😁.

And a little ps. Other people are going to see more of a difference in you then you are going to see in yourself, so stay motivated and workout everyday and u WILL see the difference in you self!

Best workout app

If you are looking to loose weight then this is the place... I did my first 3 workouts today and I feel like I’m a different person. All the other apps will let you loose 25 calories every workout and this one you can actually loose up to 125 calories every workout and trust me it changes you. The workouts are not too hard but not easy either. I have been struggling to loose weight my whole life and I feel like it’s actually do able now. I rate it 5 star. Go try it y’all!!!

Love this app!

I initially downloaded the app since it was referred to me by a TikTok friend. I was so happy to download the app and start the workouts and loved it so much that I subscribed to it. I have worked out for 7 days in a row now and am exciting to see some results. I love that I can choose a program and it gives me a lot of different options on what I want to work on my body.
