The software use too work well but has progressively gotten very glitchy. I have the latest iPad and everything is up to date and have even tried reinstalling the program, nothing is making it run better. BidPro tech support use to resolve issues, now they don’t even return emails or voicemails. How can issues get fixed when there is no support. When you spend over $100 a year for an App it should work.

I cancelled it a couple years ago because I wasn’t getting notifications for open time. Customer service was useless. I’m stuck getting it again now because of the fleet size. $322/year to save me a little time. Absolutely not worth it.

It’s the only bidding tool authorized into company tech, that is the only thing good about. Every bid cycle, there’s issues. At least BidPro is slow to update and fix bugs. The monopoly keeps this software alive, otherwise it isn’t worth dos centavos.
