Pinbloop Sub-Viewer. Simple and Effective Subcontractor engagement in the punchlisting process. Pinbloop Sub-Viewer is an exclusive free viewer for Sub-Contractors who are part of a project created using Pinbloop Punchlist. When an item is created using Pinbloop Punchlist and assigned to a Sub-Contractor, the Sub-Contractors invited to that project will receive the items only they are responsible for, and then can immediately address them using this app, eliminating the need to print and sort their items. The Sub-Contractors can then document corrective work with a photo, then mark the item as Ready to Verify. Contractor or Design Team Professionals can then review the corrective work and mark the item as complete. Subs who use Pinbloop Sub-Viewer will increase their productivity and eliminate down time. They will have the opportunity to begin addressing their items in real time with real time confirmation of completed items. Don’t worry, if hard copies is what you prefer, Pinbloop Punchlist will generate your report for you and email you only your items eliminating efforts to filter through an entire punchlist just to find your items Pinbloop Sub-Viewer, when used in conjunction with Pinbloop Punchlist, is the ultimate tool for Subcontractors to engage with the entire design build team during the punchlist phase. Great app for punch lists and capturing existing conditions. I would like for the standard version to be available on iPhone versus just the iPad. Would also like the ability of uploading photos versus always having to take picture first. Also it would be nice to delete photos. Once GC is added the owner loses opportunity to assign punch items, which needs to be fixed. Lastly the field report needs to get completed so we can start utilizing it.
