Good idea, needs work

I love the way this app makes my videos sound, but every time I use this app to enhance my audio for an Instagram video, the sound comes out very distorted after the video is posted. I use Instagram for my music career, and when I use this app on a video and then post it to Instagram, my singing sounds muffled, like I’m singing with my hand over my mouth, and it sounds like it’s grainy and too loud. The audio doesn’t distort until the video is posted, so in my camera roll it sounds great, but once I share it, the sound goes all funky. Please fix for a 5 star review!

Unfortunately this app was only really able to boost volume which is good but it boosted the noise as well thereby still making it unintelligible. I didn’t realize there was no difference between the AudioFixer and the pro version of the same app. Doesn’t make sense to me. I would like a refund please.

Hello! Because AudioFix also boosts your volume upon first export, some noise may still seem present. Please try importing the exported video for further noise reduction. You can keep eliminating noise if needed. If you’d like a refund we can help with that too. Please email us through the side menu of the app so we can help.
