In this release, we’ve implemented key improvements to enhance customer experience and streamline order management: Cancellation Button: Customers can now cancel orders directly from the purchase details page via a new "Cancel Order" button, eliminating the need to send a cancellation request through messages. Return Notifications: Automated notifications will remind customers to decide whether to keep or return their received products, helping to manage return windows more effectively. These updates aim to improve user autonomy and reduce friction in the post-purchase process.
