Would b nice if the material list would save. As soon as I close the app the list is gone?

That's a great idea and we'll add that to our development roadmap. In the meantime, you can copy the list on the Lumber List screen and save it to a different application, like Notes, email, etc.

Not at all what I needed

This is not what I was needing. I was looking for a user friendly way to digitally build a project before buying the lumber, and this is not it. It’s just a library.
