Forms are submitted via a nominated email, and sent as soon as the user has internet access. Time and Date stamped, with GPS tracking. Want branded reports? Upgrade to monthly subscription which includes the feature of uploading your branded company logo along with company details like Company number, ABN, Suburb, State, Zip-code, etc. ----------------------------------- If you choose to purchase Monthly subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes account, and your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the iTunes Store after purchase. The current Monthly subscription price starts at $14.99 USD/month.
