I bought this diffuser because I could control the length of time and hours to run it. However, since IOS 12.4 it no longer works. I open it and it crashes. I uninstall it, reinstall it and it will work once. So every time I use it, which is every night, I have to do all of the above. It is annoying. When I click on app support, it takes me to a web page that I believe is Chinese. :/Please update this App!Now that iOS 13.1.3 is out this app still crashes. I’m very disappointed.

The app only worked on the day I bought the diffuser. The Bluetooth on the diffuser also only worked on the day I bought it. 10/10 would recommend buying a less expensive diffuser if you want mist, because that’s all you’re getting out of this one.

This app is easy to use but has totally stopped working on my phone. It just won’t open. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a bunch of times. Frustrated because I bought this for the alarm clock and Bluetooth features and now they won’t even work.

The app won’t open goes to a white screen and doesn’t open please fix I really don’t want to return it
