Continuously Crashing and Requesting Update of Payment

Paid for Pro option, yet app continues to request "upgrade" and payment. On checking my payment, app acknowledges the payment was received, yet program will not scan my computer, and crashes. Last scan recorded by app as done in June 2022. I would like to know how I get my refund. Not very reliable.

Please tell me how to delete this program from my Mac. When I attempt to delete this program using finder, I get a message that the program cannot be deleted because it is open. How do you close the program. I can not find a way to close the program!
