Convenient and keeps getting better

This app has always been great and I’ve had it since it was called Cloosiv, so I’ve seen it go through many updates and changes. Unlike a lot of apps, Odeko has gotten better with each update! If I ever notice a bug/glitch, I check the AppStore and realize there’s already an update available and then it’s fixed. It’s a great idea and I love how easy it makes it to order coffee. I’m kind of socially anxious, so being able to put in my complicated coffee order online is super helpful, plus it makes me want to visit local coffee shops more. Overall, Odeko is a great app that makes everything more convenient. Highly recommend!

Will Travel For Coffee
I wanted to love this app. The concept is so compelling. The idea of placing an order while walking my dog and then swinging by to pick it up a little later. But in reality the app fails frequently and without warning. Sometimes it gets stuck loading at the get go, sometimes it freezes after submitting an order leaving your order status in question. Sometimes it won’t let me sign in, other times it says my payment form is invalid (even though nothing has changed) and then accepts it later. Most recently I actually received a message saying “something went wrong. Your order might have gone through. Check your receipts.” 🤔 Went to the coffeeshop I had attempted to order from and they hadn’t received it (they also expressed disappointment in the app).In summary, when it works, it’s wonderfully convenient. But when it fails, which is often, it’s a waste of time.

Latest update is awful

Very clear that the latest update was extremely rushed or didn’t go through any QA or both? Too many issues to name specifics on each but the new sign in flow is very broken. If you’ve started an order already, it forgets it. If you ‘create new’ & you enter the same email you’ve used previously, it lets you continue until you get to phone number - even though email and phone are same on old account. Perhaps start with phone number if that has to be unique so I don’t have to back track? Once the app let me log in, it displayed NYC coffee shops. I’ve not used Odeko ever in NYC and there wasn’t an obvious way to refresh the list to my local shops (charlotte nc). Once an order is placed, the only order details available were pricing details - no drink details to be able to show the coffee shop upon pickup since someone snagged my drink on accident. Anyway, hope this helps - your app has been great in the past but this isn’t it! Pulling for you guys!

We are definitely coffee snobs, and Brugh is the only coffee shop in town that meets our high expectations! We love that Luke roasts his blends in-house and that they make many (maybe all?) of their own syrups in-house, as well. We buy all of our coffee beans from Brugh for our own use at home - there’s no better cup of coffee to start your morning with! And we love that they have made ordering ahead (and curbside pickup) so quick and easy since the pandemic hit. We LOVE this local business and we recommend them to friends & family whenever we get an opportunity!
