Multiple times the app goes down for days on end, preventing access to important information.
Multiple broken floating panels appear across the screen and all sorts of problems are with this app. And there is absolutely nothing special about it, the amount of time you waste opening up this app is enough to cancel the insurance.

Been using pearl for a while now and for whatever reason you can no longer login through the mobile app only through their website on desktop.
Can’t login through app anymore
I’ve been using the app for quite some time but recently it will no longer allow me to login unless i use their website on the internet. So the app is now useless
