Bug fix for Restore Purchase

A Quick Report has been added to the app. This permits an evaluator to generate an Ref Evaluation or NASO report without collecting game data. After entering the official(s) information you are taken immediately to the evaluation section. You can now edit the period scoreboard in the Game View if a period score was entered incorrectly. Click the Eraser icon next to the scoreboard in the Game Data view. You can now send a completed evaluation report using Messaging if the full version has been purchased.

Cleaned up a few bugs and a screen or two.

Added context sensitive help on the Game Data Entry screen. Click on the Info icon and then click each of the buttons for additional information on that button's function.

Added ability to add text commentary on each official. Added ability to print evaluation reports for each official in addition to Crew reports. Updated the RefEval report generation to support PDFKit and two page reports paginate properly. And a few bug fixes to clean things up a bit.

V1.30 adds the NASO standard evaluation form as an option for providing the results of the evaluation to the official. The ability to generate a RefEval report for a single official is now available in addition to the Crew Report.

Converted the app to a free version with restricted functionality in the number of games that can be stored and emailing of game reports. Added in-app purchase capability to enable the game report email capability and the ability to store more than three game files. Prior versions of the app are grandfathered to the Full Version.
