Great idea......but there are some serious bugs

I downloaded this app to donate to my favorite charity. Firstly, the app in my opinion is not user friendly. It’s really difficult to tell if you linked your debit card correctly since it never asks for your debit card number, although it does ask you for your bank account information and redirects you to your specific bank. I started to use my card and it started to add up $’s by rounding up my purchases, but then for some odd reason the dollars that were accumulating towards the donation disappeared. What was once at roughly $20 was now at $0. So where did the money go? I contacted the developer of the app and they were very responsive with a reply and said from there end it looked like it was all set up correctly. They could not explain why it got zeroed out. I said I would give it another try and so I did. This last time, I was around $30 and again for no apparent reason the account was at zero again. I do have to say that no money was ever taken from my account. So obviously that is a huge plus. Maybe once all the kinks get fixed, I may try it again, but not until then.
