Access
In order to take advantage of the full functionality of this app, you must be registered and have logged into MemberDirect® online as the app uses the same login information. Once you log out of the app, your secure session will end. If you are not yet signed up for MemberDirect® online, please contact any branch of Radius Credit Union.

If you do not have MemberDirect® online access you can still access the Branch/ATM locator, Rates and Contact Us info.

Fees
There is NO FEE for the app itself; however service charges apply to certain account packages and transactions. For more details on service charges please contact any branch of Radius Credit Union. Mobile data downloading and internet charges may apply. Contact your mobile service provider for details.

• Location Services –allows the app to use your device’s GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM location
• Camera – allows the app to use the camera to take a picture of a cheque for the “Deposit Anywhere” feature to deposit cheques to your account
• Contacts – allows you create new INTERAC® e-transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts
• Full network access – allows internet access for the app to function

v15.2.30 is a significant step forward for the Radius Credit Union Mobile App. Among the improvements are:

* multiple security enhancements
* improved performance
* new auto-photo feature for cheque deposit function
* fixes issue with incorrect keyboard (with comma instead of period) being shown when entering amounts
* fixes dark mode issues with date picker
* fixes multiple minor layout, interaction, and display issues
