My Conciergerie is an exclusive lifestyle service designed to help selected customers of MCB get more from life. At the heart of My Conciergerie is a personal assistant who is available to help you with your every need. From assistance in locating hard-to-find products and services, through to being a trusted extra pair of hands when needed most, My Conciergerie is like having an assistant in your pocket.
The service also provides members with exclusive access to a range of carefully curated offers and events, in recognition of their loyalty.
The My Conciergerie app gives members access to a world of exclusive service and privileges easily and conveniently, all at the touch of a button. Members can use the app to make requests of the My Conciergerie team, and also learn about the exclusive offers available. Requests are made simply by chatting directly with the concierge team. Reponses flow just like any other chat you have on your phone. Maps can be shared, and the information is all held together by request or task.
Certain partners have payment arrangements in place which means you can store an MCB credit card in the app and My Conciergerie can handle the payment for you, simply and quickly.
