Absolute waste of money. GoGo Band is a good idea and seems worthwhile - when it works. The problem is that the hardware is extremely poor quality and the app is trash. We got exactly one night use out of the battery that shipped, and were forced to pay $70 for a brand new one. No support. We used it for a couple of months and were happy with the progress, and then we ran into trouble with electronic receiver in the band because it would not take a charge. I tried to order replacements, which the company cancelled because they did not think I was ordering something I needed. Days later, John C called and tried to diagnose the problem, rather than shipping out a fix. He insisted that it was not the gogo band, but probably the charging cradle. They shipped a new cradle out, but it did not fix the problem. So at this point we are out hundreds of dollars in equip and subscription fees and all progress that had been made has completely reverted because of the unreliability of the product. AVOID THIS SCAMMY COMPANY! If you do make the mistake of giving them your money, do not expect to receive any support when you inevitably need it.

When first purchased was excited about progress and seemed to be working but within second month hardware issues started. Received replacement sensor when first failed but within a month the second failed. Sadly numerous emails went unanswered and had to stop using and cancel subscription. I would not purchase until hardware issues are resolved!

I have emailed multiple inquiries regarding the app and issues I have been having with no response at all. I was initially excited about this product but will be canceling my subscription immediately.

This is such a frustrating, overly expensive system. When I complained it wasn’t operating correctly, GoGo Band offered false reassurance until the 30 trial ended. Do not purchase this product!
