Niiki, “my home”, brings Myaamia language to your fingertips. Learning tools such as audio recordings, flash cards, and photos are included to help you learn the common Myaamia terms used in the rooms of your house, and more!

The Niiki app was developed by Miami University students under the direction of Dr. Douglas Troy in the College of Engineering and Computing and Kristina Fox, Myaamia Center Education and Outreach Assistant.

Fulfills a great need. Needs updating.

I have been looking for ways to practice Miami-Illinois for a long time and was so excited to find this app. The only downside is that the “game” section no longer works because the voice doesn’t show up on my phone. Likely needs an update.
