The app is an eToken that makes authentication easy and makes everything 100% online, without the need for a physical token.
To activate authentication via Raiffeisen SmartToken, all you need to do is tick the option in your new Raiffeisen Smart Mobile app.

a crapat foarte usor
am incercat sa il activez pe 2 device-uri si a crapat, m-a si delogat de pe primul device si acum nu mai primesc sms-uri ca sa il reactivez

Aplicaţia Smart Token se poate instala pe un singur device.
Bug - bucla infinita
Va rog rezolvati bug-ul de la logare, in care desi ma loghez folosind smart token-ul, imi spune mereu sa activez smart token-ul, si nu am nicio optiune de iesire, se repeta totul l infinit - cod sms- setare pin- activare - logare in raiffeisen smart mobile - din nou pop-up sa activez smart token, care nu se poate inchide- sms si asa mai departe. Este extrem de enervant si nu mai am acces la conturi!

Buna ziua, te rugam sa reinstalezi aplicatia Smart Token si apoi să utilizezi functionalitatea "Ai nevoie de ajutor?" din New Smart Mobile pentru a dezactiva Smart Token-ul actual si activa un Smart Token nou urmand pasii indicati de aplicatie.
