I’ve had the app for many years when it was citizens but as soon as it turned over to boh the app has many issues like saying you enter wrong password or doesn’t recognize your account then to get on computer and have same issue is just mine blowing that you can’t even fix what is wrong cause you can never get logged in to adjust nothing 😡

This bank is extremely unprofessional. They constantly fail to inform you of all the details regarding your account and funds. There are continuous unnecessary fees and account locks. The communication and professionalism is nonexistent. If something appear to your account over the weekend or after the bank hours, there is not a 800 number to call or anything. Definitely do not recommend.
