Safer Brit is a free wrapper app for. The app ensures safe browsing by blocking any web searches, websites or adverts that match any restricted keywords identified when following links that take you out of britannica.com.
Safer Brit does not allow you to type a website address directly into it and you can only follow links deemed safe by the Britannica search engine and restricted keyword list.
This application was developed by the Parklands College Incubator lead developer Stephan Cilliers with the full support of Britannica UK. This App only works as a conduit to a subscription with Britannica.
