Performance Improvements

- Minor bug fixes and performance improvements - New feature: Create Career Plans

- Students can now optionally select their home school. This will allow the application to help identify careers and training opportunities that may be in their school district.

- Minor UI enhancements, including removing gradient and photo backgrounds on sign up, login, and welcome pages. Leaving those screens with more stark white & clean look. - Minor content updates, including welcome introductory content on initial landing screen. - Added additional calls to analytics engine, which will provide more precise feedback on application usage, which will lead to determining future enhancements.

- Added application Version Number to bottom of settings screen. This will allow users to reference version number of application from within the application. This will also provide our support team an easier mechanism to identifier to determine what version a user is running.

- Added additional calls to backend analytics engine to track how often no search results are returned. This will help provide value feedback to enhance user search experience. - Updated initial welcome slider page content. This is now a single page with simply stated focused content. No longer provides multiple sliders with different content. - Sign out button text now says "Log Out" instead of sign out.
