Let's be clear, to make this useful you have to buy the paid add-ons. That's fine, but the description should just say so.I have found the app to be functional, but it does not feel at all like a Mac app. For example, none of the common shortcuts work; even Cmd-O to open a file. The video controls are impossible to see if they happen to be over a dark spot in the movie. There is no easy way (that I know of) to quickly reset to default state (scaling, speed, centering).I could easily see all of these addressed in an update.

Works on some videos, but also crashes on open on many videos making it completely unusable in that case.

Had hoped that this would work…sadly it does not. When the program launches and you are asked to select a video, the video will never load! There is supposed to be a way to allow it to run on both thte Mac and/or VR headset. I was hoping for a mirroring option so that I could see my screen on the VR…but no such luck. I can’t even watch a video with it on my computer screen as it NEVER loads the video.Searching the website fo help is a waste of time. I’m good with understanding the supposed controls if the program should ever work! Search the website before you think about bu¥ing and make sure it makes sense. Glad I didn’t spring the extra money fo rthe one with game control…at least I’m only out $5, but still I could have gotten a happy meal and been more satisfied!!!

The description is misleading. It claims it has special features which are actually $3.99 add-ons.The special features (which are actually basic and should be included on any player) are volume control, progress bar control, scaling, and speed control. 4 bucks each. Pass this one by and save your money.
