Discover station accessibility at a glance: • Check each station’s accessibility level: fully autonomous, accessible with assistance, or not accessible. • Save your favorite stations for quick access. Simplified in-station navigation: • View detailed station maps. • Find station routes adapted to your specific needs (no stairs, etc.). Real-time services and equipment: • Check the real-time status of elevators and escalators. • Access the list of available facilities and services and locate them on the map: shops, toilets, taxis, bike parking, ticket counters, etc. Guaranteed travel assistance: • Book assistance through Andilien, by phone call, via form, or in French Sign Language (LSF), French Cued Speech (LfPC) and Real-Time Speech Transcription (TTRP). • Benefit from the travel guarantee by booking 24 hours in advance, even in case of disruptions. • Assistance available from the first to the last train across the entire Transilien network, including at non-accessible stations.
